What We Do

For Restaurants:

The Munchaway solution has been designed to be fully integrated with your existing website; a link is added from your existing website called “Order Online” and customers will be presented with the menu that will have the exact same look and feel as your website.  This menu can be changed daily if you so desire.  The restaurant may also have separate menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering. 

Your customer will have the ability to order their favorite meals at their leisure without the needs to pick up the telephone and be put on hold or get disconnected or rushed. Your customer can also review their past history to see if they want to repeat a previous order and save even more time. You receive the order promptly through the existing Point of Sale system – all the details for the order being sent to the kitchen as though it was placed into the kitchen by one of the restaurant’s in house servers.  And you customer will receive an acknowledgement of the order shortly after it has been received!

For Resellers: 

The Munchaway solution is designed to allow the reseller to supply a premium, state of art system to your customers.  Your dealership will be equipped by LT2 Systems to enable new customers on Munchaway with minimal outside assistance.  You will be given the best training and certification on how to give your customers the best service and support. You, not MunchAway LLC, will manage the relationship with your client and be able to assist the client in any changes that they may need.
