The Fine Print:
The MunchAway Preferred Affiliate Program is open to legal U.S. Residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of the referred company and their family members are not eligible to participate. Current MunchAway clients will first receive a credit towards their service and a check if the commission earned exceeds their current invoice. The 20% one-time commission will be earned when the referred customer pays the initial set-up fee (if any) and activates service at the first location. Recurring commissions will be 10% of the monthly service fees paid by the referred customer. All commissions will be paid 30 days from receipt of payment by MunchAway. Preferred Affiliates will be required to complete form W-9 with valid Social Security number or Employer Identification Number. MunchAway will report all commissions paid at the end of each year on Form 1099. The Preferred Affiliate Program is offered on a first come, first served basis. For example, if two sources refer the same customer, the first referral that results in securing a new customer will earn the commissions. In this instance, MunchAway reserves the right in it’s sole discretion to determine which Affiliate will earn the commissions.
