Technical Support Representatives (TSR) - TSRs provide "Tier 1" and "Tier 2" support via telephone and remote desktop services to all MunchAway Clients, making sure all orders are processed smoothly. Requires High School Diploma plus 1 Year community college / junior college experience. Experience with IE, Safari, and Firefox required. Previous technical support experience is highly desirable. Must be a self-starter, pay close attention to detail and require minimal supervision.

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) - CSRs assist MunchAway Clients with billing and other support services including menu setup. Requires High School Diploma plus 1 Year community college / junior college experience. Must be able to use MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Must possess excellent telephone/verbal communications skills.

National Accounts Representative (2) - The National Accounts Representative develops and maintains relationships with leading restaurant chains throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 five years selling technology solutions to the food and beverage industry. We are currently seeking candidates for the East Coast and West Coast markets.  National Accounts Representatives will work from their home office and may be located anywhere within the territory.
