- Patron Features
- Select Locations based on Postal Code, State, or City
- Select Menus based on Time of Day or Day of Week
- Require Patron login either at beginning of order, end of order, or not at all
- Patron can place an order for current date of business or future dates (configurable)
- Patron Order History allows patrons to edit future orders, replace previous orders, and designate a favorite order.
- Highly configurable menu structure
- Menu Items can be configured to have short or long descriptions plus pictures
- Menu Item options enforced based on business rules defined in Point of Sale System

- Location Order Display - Shows the orders for each location for either current day or a future date

- Status Alerts - Sends emails to subscribers when events of interest occur

- Order Display - Shows the Online Orders for the location directly from the touch screen POS terminal
- Item Summary - Show the summary of items ordered online

- Maintenance - Allows authorized users to perform the following actions:
- Setup New Locations
- Edit Locations
- Maintain Schedules
- Maintain Menus, Sub-Menus, Menu Items, Modifier Groups, Order Modes, Tenders
Fully Integrated with the Restaurant Point of Sale System, MunchAway eliminates the need to monitor fax machines, or perform duplicate order entry on the POS. Staff does not need to be dedicated to handling time consuming phone orders, plus eliminates costly order entry mistakes. Credit Card payments are processed via the Point of Sale system, simplifying payment tracking and protecting against fraudulent orders.
